For over a decade, I've delivered this value across a wide range of organisations - from global EdTech and Media companies to public institutions and NGOs. This multi-faceted experience has given me a rare, 360-degree perspective on the challenges and opportunities in the learning sector. It has equipped me to be a versatile leader who can navigate different cultures and bridge the gap between content, technology, business objectives and institutional constraints.
In 2025, I started working as an independent consultant to apply this experience with precision and impact. I work across strategy, learning design, user research and product management, adapting my role to what the situation requires.
Based in Germany, I work with organisations and teams internationally. Each project is scoped individually, with fees reflecting its scope, complexity and the resources available to the organisation. I also reserve limited capacity for pro-bono collaborations with projects that have a strong social purpose but cannot reasonably operate within a commercial arrangement.
